Winemaking
Entirely harvested by hand, this wine is made using only the finest, free-run juice from carefully selected parcels of Pinot Noir. Each bunch is sorted and pressed, before the resulting juice is settled, racked, and prepared for a long, cool ferment. This ensures we have the cleanest wine possible, retain our signature aromatic profile, and enables us to carefully encourage extended lees contact to add body and weight to the wine.

10th October – 3rd November 2022
A mild spring followed by a relatively warm dry summer brought on early veraison which allowed for an extended ripening period. This allowed us to time our picks perfectly, maximise the potential of our vineyards, and continue the exciting progress of our flagship wine.
